My husband and I were referred to Quality RRC after the last storm that moved through Sumner County. We can not say enough great things about Chris Allen and the entire RRC group! They worked in a professional and timely manor throughout our entire home repair. Chris goes above and beyond what anyone else would do! He answers his phone, returns calls immediately and shows up when he says he is coming….and one of the kindest people you will ever meet! Chris has a great relationship with many of the insurance companies and worked directly with mine to get everything approved and paid for very quickly! We have not had to pay anything out of pocket. The work quality on everything they did is top notch! We have a new beautiful roof, new gutters and stucco. Everything looks amazing and was done very quickly. We will be using Quality RRC for anything else we need in the future! Thank you Chris for being an amazing part of our community!

After being affected by a recent tornado, we were pleased to have been connected with Wesley and his team of workers! Wesley was quick to get our roof, gutters and fascia inspected and even put our chimney top back on for free during the inspection. Workers were prompt and professional and Wesley came afterwards to inspect the work. He has a keen eye for perfection and we really appreciate that quality! You will not be disappointed with his service!
