After guiding me through the (months long) process and collecting samples and pictures, the manufacturer sent a check in December. The weather finally cooperated enough and we got the roof replaced the first of February. Daniel and his crew did an excellent job on the tear-off and installation. They spread tarps all around the house to catch the debris and their ladders never touched the gutters which had just been replaced. I did find one (1) nail in the driveway under the truck with the old shingles after they left but that was all. The yard was immaculate.
