Quality RRC | Our Team

In September 2025, Chris and Jordan stopped by to let me know that Quality RRC had replaced my roof 11 years ago and now the manufacturer of the shingles was offering warranty replacements. After guiding me through the (months long) process and collecting samples and pictures, the manufacturer sent a check in December. The weather finally cooperated enough and we got the roof replaced the first of February. Daniel and his crew did an excellent job on the tear-off and installation. They spread tarps all around the house to catch the debris and their ladders never touched the gutters which had just been replaced. I did find one (1) nail in the driveway under the truck with the old shingles after they left but that was all. The yard was immaculate.

Great price

Kayce and the Quality RRC team were amazing. From the initial estimate, to assisting with the insurance and estimating process, all the way to executing the job with high quality during a short fair weather window- they delivered promptly every step of the way. I would highly recommend giving Kayce a call. You won’t regret it.

Quality RRC is a great company. I was very pleased with every aspect of their service. My salesperson Wesley, made the process very easy. He worked with my insurance adjuster and followed up with everything until I was completely satisfied. You won't find a better roofing company, period. Highly recommended!!!

Absolutely impeccable quality roof! Highly recommend for all things roofing. They also replaced my gutters and shutters. I will take pride in my new roof for years to come. Wesley Marshall is highly knowledgeable and professional he guided me through the whole process. I had complete confidence after his explanation of my storm damage and after his inspection through the installation. 5 Stars!!

Chris Lawson and Jordan are excellent! Chris replaced my roof in 2017 due to storm damage. He and his team did an excellent job. Chris and Jordan also came out today to do a free inspection of the roof and continued the excellent customer service. I would definitely call Quality RRC for any of my future roofing needs!

Insurance was giving me a hard time but Trevor worked with them and finally got the claim approved! Trevor is very knowledgeable and was absolutely Awesome along with Grant. They both kept me updated during the processs. The roofers came out, which was very professional, and had it roofed in one day. Last but not least, Ms. Vicki in the office is great to work with. This sure wouldn't have happened with out her! I would never call anyone else for my roofing needs! Thanks to all of you!

Great Service, communication and fair pricing! Job completed on time. Exceeded my expectations! I will recommend.

Cannot recommend Quality RRC enough for their customer service and willingness to take immediate action. After calling other companies to inspect/repair a roof leak we had and being told it would be at least a week to have someone come out, Quality RRC had Ethan and Dalton at our house within 3 hours of my initial call. And within minutes they were able to pinpoint the source of the leak, explain what was happening and how it was an easy fix. They even made a quick run to nearby Lowe's to get the product needed to stop the leak and came back within 30 minutes to fully fix to problem. Never had a company when it came to repairs be that dedicated to making sure our problem was taken care of ASAP.

I was very pleased with Chris and Jordan giving me a straightforward and honest estimate. State Farm was difficult to work with on my insurance claim. After several months and follow up conversations, my claim was accepted. The work was completed on time and was well done. Without hesitation, I highly recommend Quality RRC.

Chris and Jordon was great. They arrived at the house fast. Gave me a quote on my roof that was better than their competition. Assisted us with the insurance company. When the team arrived for the roof repair, they had it stripped and replaced in one day. Overall experience was great.

Wesley was extremely responsive from when we first touched base about my roofing repair. He was out there within 24 hours and had my quote, ready the same day. The professionalism, and knowledge that he showed was unmatched compared to other contractors that I received Quotes from. I would definitely use him again.

I had a great experience with this company. We had a leak from the roof that needed repairs so I contacted Quality RCC. They quickly came over, assessed the problem with a drone, and gave me a free estimate. Within the next five days, they completed the work in about an hour or so. I am very satisfied with the quality of the service we received. Thank you!
