After the May 8 hailstorm, Quality RRC made our roof replacement stress-free. Project Manager Peter Kerber handled everything—from meeting the insurance adjuster to guiding us on materials and scheduling—and kept us informed the whole way. Their crew worked efficiently, protected our landscaping, and left the site spotless. We chose CertainTeed Landmark Pro Max Def shingles with the 5-Star SureStart™ PLUS Warranty. The roof looks fantastic, and the craftsmanship is top-notch. Highly recommend for anyone needing a roof replacement after storm damage.

In September 2025, Chris and Jordan stopped by to let me know that Quality RRC had replaced my roof 11 years ago and now the manufacturer of the shingles was offering warranty replacements. After guiding me through the (months long) process and collecting samples and pictures, the manufacturer sent a check in December. The weather finally cooperated enough and we got the roof replaced the first of February. Daniel and his crew did an excellent job on the tear-off and installation. They spread tarps all around the house to catch the debris and their ladders never touched the gutters which had just been replaced. I did find one (1) nail in the driveway under the truck with the old shingles after they left but that was all. The yard was immaculate.

Great price
Paul was an immense help helping us navigate the insurance company. They denied our claim after last year's storm. He hung in with us. Finally we hired his company to replace our roof. They did an EXCEPTIONAL JOB! The price was very fair and the work was wonderful. Paul stayed on the job until it was finished all in one day. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

We are extremely pleased with the work done by Quality RRC! Jordan and Chris worked diligently in an effort to get our roof replaced through our insurance. Although the insurance company would not agree to replace the obviously hail damaged roof, RRC worked with us to get a new roof installed. The work was done in a timely manner and it looks great! We would recommend Quality RRC for dependability and a job done right!

Cannot recommend Quality RRC enough for their customer service and willingness to take immediate action. After calling other companies to inspect/repair a roof leak we had and being told it would be at least a week to have someone come out, Quality RRC had Ethan and Dalton at our house within 3 hours of my initial call. And within minutes they were able to pinpoint the source of the leak, explain what was happening and how it was an easy fix. They even made a quick run to nearby Lowe's to get the product needed to stop the leak and came back within 30 minutes to fully fix to problem. Never had a company when it came to repairs be that dedicated to making sure our problem was taken care of ASAP.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I choose the best roofer in Goodlettsville, TN?
Look for a licensed and insured roofing contractor with local experience, clear written estimates, strong warranty coverage, and verifiable reviews. A reputable roofer should explain your options, show photos of any damage, and provide a scope of work that matches your roof system and budget.
Yes. Quality RRC provides roof repair, roof replacement, roof inspections, and storm damage restoration services for homeowners and businesses in Goodlettsville, TN and surrounding areas.
Missing or curling shingles, recurring leaks, soft decking, granule loss, and storm damage often indicate repair needs, while widespread shingle failure, repeated repairs, or age-related wear may point to replacement. A roof inspection can confirm the best path based on the extent and location of damage.
