I had a great experience with this company. We had a leak from the roof that needed repairs so I contacted Quality RCC. They quickly came over, assessed the problem with a drone, and gave me a free estimate. Within the next five days, they completed the work in about an hour or so. I am very satisfied with the quality of the service we received. Thank you!

Wesley was extremely responsive from when we first touched base about my roofing repair. He was out there within 24 hours and had my quote, ready the same day. The professionalism, and knowledge that he showed was unmatched compared to other contractors that I received Quotes from. I would definitely use him again.

Chris and Jordon was great. They arrived at the house fast. Gave me a quote on my roof that was better than their competition. Assisted us with the insurance company. When the team arrived for the roof repair, they had it stripped and replaced in one day. Overall experience was great.

I was very pleased with Chris and Jordan giving me a straightforward and honest estimate. State Farm was difficult to work with on my insurance claim. After several months and follow up conversations, my claim was accepted. The work was completed on time and was well done. Without hesitation, I highly recommend Quality RRC.

Cannot recommend Quality RRC enough for their customer service and willingness to take immediate action. After calling other companies to inspect/repair a roof leak we had and being told it would be at least a week to have someone come out, Quality RRC had Ethan and Dalton at our house within 3 hours of my initial call. And within minutes they were able to pinpoint the source of the leak, explain what was happening and how it was an easy fix. They even made a quick run to nearby Lowe’s to get the product needed to stop the leak and came back within 30 minutes to fully fix to problem.Never had a company when it came to repairs be that dedicated to making sure our problem was taken care of ASAP. Cannot thank Ethan and Dalton enough for the quick action and definitely will utilize them in the future for any more needs.

Insurance was giving me a hard time but Trevor worked with them and finally got the claim approved! Trevor is very knowledgeable and was absolutely Awesome along with Grant. They both kept me updated during the processs. The roofers came out, which was very professional, and had it roofed in one day. Last but not least, Ms. Vicki in the office is great to work with. This sure wouldn’t have happened with out her! I would never call anyone else for my roofing needs! Thanks to all of you!

Chris Lawson and Jordan are excellent! Chris replaced my roof in 2017 due to storm damage. He and his team did an excellent job. Chris and Jordan also came out today to do a free inspection of the roof and continued the excellent customer service. I would definitely call Quality RRC for any of my future roofing needs!

I had a great experience with Quality RRC. They quoted me on repair or full replacement and it made sense with the age and size of our roof / damage to go with the full replacement. Their staff and contractors were extremely friendly and professional. The process was painless, efficient, and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs work on their roof.
