Roof Repair Franklin TN

In September 2025, Chris and Jordan stopped by to let me know that Quality RRC had replaced my roof 11 years ago and now the manufacturer of the shingles was offering warranty replacements. After guiding me through the (months long) process and collecting samples and pictures, the manufacturer sent a check in December. The weather finally cooperated enough and we got the roof replaced the first of February. Daniel and his crew did an excellent job on the tear-off and installation. They spread tarps all around the house to catch the debris and their ladders never touched the gutters which had just been replaced. I did find one (1) nail in the driveway under the truck with the old shingles after they left but that was all. The yard was immaculate.

Chris Lawson and Jordan are excellent! Chris replaced my roof in 2017 due to storm damage. He and his team did an excellent job. Chris and Jordan also came out today to do a free inspection of the roof and continued the excellent customer service. I would definitely call Quality RRC for any of my future roofing needs!

Insurance was giving me a hard time but Trevor worked with them and finally got the claim approved! Trevor is very knowledgeable and was absolutely Awesome along with Grant. They both kept me updated during the processs. The roofers came out, which was very professional, and had it roofed in one day. Last but not least, Ms. Vicki in the office is great to work with. This sure wouldn't have happened with out her! I would never call anyone else for my roofing needs! Thanks to all of you!

Cannot recommend Quality RRC enough for their customer service and willingness to take immediate action. After calling other companies to inspect/repair a roof leak we had and being told it would be at least a week to have someone come out, Quality RRC had Ethan and Dalton at our house within 3 hours of my initial call. And within minutes they were able to pinpoint the source of the leak, explain what was happening and how it was an easy fix. They even made a quick run to nearby Lowe's to get the product needed to stop the leak and came back within 30 minutes to fully fix to problem. Never had a company when it came to repairs be that dedicated to making sure our problem was taken care of ASAP.

I was very pleased with Chris and Jordan giving me a straightforward and honest estimate. State Farm was difficult to work with on my insurance claim. After several months and follow up conversations, my claim was accepted. The work was completed on time and was well done. Without hesitation, I highly recommend Quality RRC.

Had the absolute best experience you could have with a roofing company. Chris Lawson was great came out gave a great estimate very professional. I had alot of questions and had to either call or text, he always answered made me and made me feel like I was the priority. Also a Kyle who did some dry wall repairs was amazing.
